		All of our new rotators (rotators with a W in the serial number) come with the flex plate damper shown. In order to get the right damper for your engine this is what you need to know. There are 3 types of flexplates. 1. Small Block - The small block flex plate attaches to a 12 3/4 in. flywheel with symmetrical holes. 2. Big Block - The Big block flex plate attaches to a 14 in. flywheel with off set holes. 3. Vortec - The Vortec flex plate attaches to a 14 in. flywheel with symmetrical holes. The vortec flex plate is used on the new all aluminum or fuel injected engines.
